Also update your Windows 10 Version Early version of 1607 does not work, you'll need to update the Version to at least 2004 If it still fails, take a screen shot of the issue you are getting and upload onto the thread for further analysis

I did all of it but still is not working and i have net framework error(unhandlead error has occurred)

i updated my windows but still not working this is my windows details: Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 Installed on ‎4/‎5/‎21 OS build 19043.1566 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.4170.0

tanks dude i hope this problem will fix as soon as possible i was very glad to buy razer but after this problem im upset and disspoint

I'd try removing all Razer software that you have on your PC like Synapse, Cortex, for eg. 7.1 Surround or THX Spatial audio. Then use this tool to remove all leftovers: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj After this restart your PC, and install Synapse again (as administrator).
