Razer Synapse 3 Installation failed with error code: 123 - One possible solution

I tried to do clean Raser Synapse 3 installation, but got this error:
 

So I added exceptions for these Razer installation folders, but it didn’t help.

Then I ran this:
C:\Windows\Installer\Razer\Installer\1676531804G7ekRXhnRzGMS_Setup_V2.3.160.119.exe as an Administrator and got another error:

Error
C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager\MasterGameList.xml
A decompression error has occured (#5)

Could not open output file

So I created new Text Document to C:\ProgramData\Razer\GameManager and named the document as “MasterGameList.xml”.

Then clicked retry on 1676531804G7ekRXhnRzGMS_Setup_V2.3.160.119.exe installation and it finished without any further errors.

After these steps I tried Razer Synapse 3 installation (As an Administrator...) and this time installation succeeded.

Hope these steps helps someone having same problem.
