Razer synapse connection issue

I use a 2021 m1 pro macbook for work as well as gaming and for it i use the razer mamba elite mouse. Since this laptop only has usb type c ports, i use a connector to connect the mouse to the laptop. I also use a program called shadow that basically gives you a windows pc in a macbook and the razer synapse does not find the mouse. Is it possible for me to fix this issue?
