Razer Synapse Mixer not picking up certain programs

For some reason the mixer section in razer synapse program does not detect stadia or luna or the xbox app that you can cloud game on all of them don't show up under the mixer section so can't set settings for it to use surround sound instead of regular stereo... Is there anyway to fix this... Thank you in advance for your time and help regarding this matter...
