SPATIAL AUDIO MODES - I don't see the options

Hi Team, I don’t see the options int Spatial Audio Modes, what could be the problem? the software is updated and the firmware also, I have a Barracuda Pro.

Same Problem here. Suddenly all games disappeared and I dont see any Audio Modes. Also Razer Barracuda Pro


Same here. My screen looks identical after the latest update. The test mode is broken, audio modes disappeared, and the “THX Spatial Audio” toggle doesn’t remember it’s position after restarting the computer. It always turns off. Reinstalling the THX spatial driver didn’t fix the problem. What’s going on Razer?

I have the same problem, I wrote to the support and there was no response. It appeared after the last firmware. At the same time, I have a kraken v3 pro or I don't have any problems with it.

 

 

It's ridiculous to use such expensive headphones and constantly have problems. I think there is a problem with the last update

 

I've been speaking to support about this for the last week or so.
Currently they are saying the most recent version 3.8.0515.050213 should have fixed the issue.
It may take a few days to roll out in different regions.

He also suggested that I return support and change it. My problem is that the country I am in (TURKEY) is also very uninterested in such issues.  The support does not have any messages for me that will be solved with a software update, I have been talking for 10 days.  I just made a shipment to the technical service. I wish I had seen this last message sooner. I would have sent it after trying, I've lost at least 1 month now.

Today I tried to install the newest version of Synapse (Support also told me that the new version should fix it).

For me nothing changed and I still have these issues… 

 

Did it work for someone?

 

Edit: I noticed… that Synapse on my pc is 3.8.428.42117 but the “version” (where i can check for updates) is 20230511…. 

I guess I will have to wait for 3.8.0515.050213…

Just now, the mixer section in the kraken v3 pro has gone. I was already having this problem for the barracuda pro, the same thing happened to the kraken v3 pro, which worked well.

Do not prefer this brand. Their products are defective, and they admit it. Well, whatever you say they're doing, it's nothing!!!!   I have provided them with all kinds of information for 18 days and they have accepted that it is defective. 

 

They asked me for an address.So I sent it and started waiting. it has been 8 days since there was no response. They said we are sending it first, and then they said contact the seller company. If they hadn't put me off, I would have returned the product immediately. Because the return period has passed, I have a damaged product left in my hand.

 

I will post all the correspondence and answers as a video so that everyone can see.

same problem as the rest of you here with the Barracuda pro headset,thx not showing any of the modes,apparently there is an update supposedly getting released to fix this,but honestly i wouldn’t hold my breath waiting on a reply from them,i had an open support ticket with them,sent them my logs etc as well,that was over a month ago the even closed my ticket,just plain ignorance,i even got a reply on reddit from them as well,guess what another deaf ear they even closed the chat.As others have said here they just want our money and nothing else they don’t care in the slightest for there customers at all.If everyone woul;d stop buying there products then maybe things would change.We will probably never get a fix for this if we are all lucky we might,just don’t rely on them for that.Hopefully we do get a fix eventually considering the cost of these headsets,simple if you can’t release a working product with working software,then don’t release it at all.

I returned it. I have never seen such an infamous service, the service did not admit that it was defective . So I sent this correspondence, and luckily the repair period has expired and I will get a refund now. If you are lucky, get rid of this headset is a completely defective product. My only advice to you is to also buy the THX software for $ 20 and that's how it works.

I've been able to finally update to 3.8.531.60211 after a month or two of back and forth with support and developers.
It's fixed now, the headset works as it should. Try to auto-update, or re-download from the website.

Doesn't make any sense to fix after all this time. Returning was .You didn't comment. Don't know what it is themselves . Again, buy this headset and I can't live the same adventure.

Have a read at that you will see there are many people having the issues with thx and barracuda pro headsets

Yes i agree with you there totally unacceptable service from razer and giving us the usual runaround,you are better off without these headphones,not worth the effort and even that the considerable cost of them.
