Dear All, I have a few razer keyboards (Blackwidow V3 mini, Elite, Huntsman mini). I plan to use them on a MAC M1, BigSUr/Monterey. How can I download Synapse 3.0 in order to customise my colour profiles and have them working with my MAC?

Thank you.

Synapse 3.0 will never come to OSX ! The only answer from them is to use the win version to update and configure the supported devices !
Good luck.

There are few threads about it already: /synapse-3-mac-os-x-support.69983/
Mac OS will be NOT supported by Synapse 3 (unfortunatelly).

But you can use 3rd party app to manage some functions of your peripherals - like this project: https://github.com/1kc/razer-macos

I found it that you can user a virtual machine of VMware Fusion and edit the .vmx file at the end of the file with
usb.generic.allowHID = "TRUE"
showing the content of the .vmwarevm package or VM file. Use windows Synapse 2 in offline mode and the changes would be permanent in the device. With Synapse 3 I don't know how to do that or if you can. And now the worst is that for M1 VMWare Fusion is in Beta fase but I don't know where you could get a ARM windows version, so maybe you could go to the linux route and use the apps that work in linux for razer.

That being said and after buying the last 10 years all Razer devices this has come to an end.
No support no money. It's that easy.

A big thank you to all for your answers… maybe time to look elsewhere… (Ducky?)…

The best thing to do is to switch your hand with RAZER products, there is no support for the Apple platform anymore

I guess that's what I'll be doing eventually. Been using Razer products for years. Currently using a Huntsman Analog, Naga Pro (with dock), and Blackshark V2 Pro. For the most part it works fine, but it's annoying not being able to customize anything. Especially because even though I have onboard profiles saved, the lighting still just defaults to color cycling. Guess I'll try razer-macos for now and when it's time to upgrade I'll be going with a different company unless they come out with some new software by then.

I know with the whole M1 architecture being relatively new and Apple going through some big OS changes with Big Sur, that's a lot of work for developers to keep up with when the PC gaming world is massively dominated by Windows. But regardless, my peripherals do not work properly and there are other companies who do provide support for macOS Monterey anyways.

This is the last time buying shitrazer product. No support for Mac users. Whata joke!
