Synapse 3.0 updated on 12/8. has stopped working. I have done several standard issue repair. ran windows updater. uninstalled. command prompt repairs. checked firewall. downloaded the current installer, which will not launch install at all, just get the green razer window with 3 pulsing dots and nothing else, let that run for 10min….yes i left the room so i would not see that running and get even more frustrated then i already am. ran installer as Admin. deleted that, restarted comp. and re-download installer. unplug all 3 razer products and used a back up base keyboard and mouse. i have been trolling the support site for ideas on possible repairs… ran systems repair and drive repair to see if there were issues. I am not new to computer usage and have done a few other things with the same results.
