Synapse 3.0 updated on 12/8. has stopped working. I have done several standard issue repair. ran windows updater. uninstalled. command prompt repairs. checked firewall. downloaded the current installer, which will not launch install at all, just get the green razer window with 3 pulsing dots and nothing else, let that run for 10min….yes i left the room so i would not see that running and get even more frustrated then i already am. ran installer as Admin. deleted that, restarted comp. and re-download installer. unplug all 3 razer products and used a back up base keyboard and mouse. i have been trolling the support site for ideas on possible repairs… ran systems repair and drive repair to see if there were issues. I am not new to computer usage and have done a few other things with the same results.

I been having the same exact issue you described. Haven’t found any solution unfortunately… went through all the routes and possible ways to uninstall or repair Synapse with no luck. Issue only happened after Razer underwent updating. This needs to get resolved promptly.
I’m having the same exact issue, have done all, uninstalled to try a fresh install now I can’t get the launcher to open anymore. Can’t do anything to my BlackShark V2 Pro Wireless Gaming Headset 2023 Edition
I had the same issue a couple of weeks ago. Customer service was useless. Uninstall/reinstall didn't work.
Had to open the Razer Central panel icon on the bottom right of the taskbar and open Synapse through it. For some reason that made it start back working.
It still only recognizes my system and peripherals 10% of the time so I frequently have to exit out of Synapse and start it back, which makes it recognize my devices.
yeah i always had the problem my devices (Nari,Deathadder and Blackwidow v2) won’t load up in synapse until i reload synapse from central, now after the last update all the devices are in default mode, they wont use my profiles, chroma studio doesn’t sync the lightning and even some default shortcuts like media management (volume, next track) on the keyboard seems to take a long time to trigger.. weird
