Synapse Key Recording and non-english keyboard layouts

Has anyone here ever gotten Synapse to record keys properly on a non-english keyboard layout? Also I guess I am requesting the feature that in the future Synapse be compatible with whatever layout is active in Windows, since it doesn't seem to be the case right now.
