Synapse V3 does not detect Blackwidow Chroma V3

Says on the box that it's a Razer Chroma device that's also Synapse V3 enabled, so why can't Synapse V3 detect it?

I'm typing this with the keyboard, and the media buttons and scrollers work as well, so it's definitely not a hardware issue.

Did you tried reconnecting it to another USB port?
Also you can try reinstalling Synapse, but after uninstalling it, do a system cleanup with CCleaner (with registry), also remove your keyboard from device manager (select option to also remove the drivers). Reboot OS and install Synapse again.
Did you have a fix on this issue? I have the same problem with Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldnt find this topic troubleshooting in google.
