After about 6 months with this mouse the app no longer recognized that I have the white viper ultimate mouse. it just shows the white base, and the black mouse.
I saw another thread on here about it that said it was solved, but the customer support said to reinstall everything (which ive done countless times over the years)
Mind you this has been an issue for about 3 years for me with no fix lol
