Can't get 7.1 Surround Sound on Synapse 3

Ok, so i restarted my computer recently. Before i restarted, i had Razer Synapse 2 and i got 7.1 Surround Sound for free. When i downloaded Razer Synapse 3 on my pc after i restarted it, i didn't have 7.1 Surround Sound. I dont know why. I logged in with the same user as i used on my computer before the restart. It asked me for a verification code. So i checked my email and found an email from Razer from 2017 where there was a free activation code. I tried it, but it didnt work. What can i do to get the 7.1 Surround Sound back again? (I dont have a razer headset, but a razer mamba tournament edition mouse)

Will be great if you write what headset you use becose right now it's hard to help you.
