HELP! Missing On Board Icon?

I can't find anyone with this exact problem. Every time I try to set up a macro for my mouse, it says "Requires Synapse". Like.. I'm ON Synapse?? More importantly I have NO little SD icon next to the profile select bar. I've since restarted my computer. I just got this Basilisk X Hyperspeed last week and otherwise it seems to work fine but I HAVE to be able to set macros up for my games.

See if there there is a new RAZER Synapse update The new update should also display your battery percentage. Also check if there is a new Windows update~~~

The Basilisk X Hyperspeed only has 1 profile so you wont get an SD card looking icon on the right side. The profile you setup will be the one you run. You can setup dpi changes in the software though by assigning a button to dpi shift. Also most macros require synapse depending on how complex they are and the mouse model. Smaller macros can be saved onboard some mice but most of them require Synapse running, thats why it says this macro requires Synapse.

i think you should change your rubber screw bumpers, then i guess your issue will be resolved
