Help with software for kraken 7.1 v2
Hi , i have kraken 7.1 v2 headset and also a chroma keyboard , the surround settings were working for the headset but now i cant find them. i have both synapse 2 and 3 ,and surround pro .
last time i used the software i was able to use all the 7.1 settings ,eq , etc
I read that synapse 3 does not support the headphones or chroma, hence having synapse 2 installed aswell.
Could anyone point me in the right direction as i am playing with a 7.1 headset thru stereo at the moment.
Also both my products are registered , yet i still cant get an activation code

The best thing is first to reinstall the softwere where your have the issue and see if something change.

Hi , yes i have re installed , but still cant unlock all the settings, and its still asking for an activation code
I also have kraken 7.1 v2. Razer seems to make using the correct software confusing. Use synapse 2 for kraken 7.1 v2. It was designed to provide 7.1 surround. Synapse 3 does not support that headset.
