Admin user or normal windows user? It's an UAC thingy. You can disable it, but you'll loose some safety features - https://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-run-everything-in-administrator-mode-and-why-you-shouldnt-do-it/

OK that is for all apps. I just want to stop for razer mouse. It is admin ac.

I just discovered a way that worked for me to fix this (it also fixed synapse 3 not launching on startup as well). Locate the synapse .exe file, right click > properties > security tab > make sure your user account has the "full control" permission. For whatever reason mine didn't although it should have, but it has launched correctly on startup without the admin popup since I changed that.

Right click on the *.exe - go to properties, then Compatibility tab, there you must check “Run this program as an administrator" option. Apply changes and test.

After windows reinstall it works fine now. Im sad that in-app support don't work because mouse warranty is expired. Stupid from razer. I'm not buying razer again.
