I am experiencing issues with the Synapse software, which stopped working. I have tried reinstalling it, but the problem persists. When I attempt to use the installer, I keep getting a green rectangle, and the installation does not proceed.

I found a link (https://support.razer.com/articles/1523578551) that supposedly has the solution, but it does not work for me.

Can someone please help me with this issue?
