Kraken pro v2 (Quartz) not working with synapse

I got my headphones about a month ago, ive done the registering on the synapse. Problem is there's no options to edit sound or mic or anything. Does the quartz version not work with synapse?

    The only diffrence is color but the device is the same. You use synapse 2 ? if yes try to remove it delete files in appdata and programfiles then go to device menager remove headset unplug it and reboot pc when pc boot download new synapse 2 from razer website install it and plug headset wait windows will install again driver for headset and reboot one more time.
