Hi. My mouse (Razer Deathadder Elite) lights turning off when i run Synapse (bcs i want change color of lights).

How i can fix it?
You cab try to remove profiles from synapse and create new one to reset settings if this dont help clean install of synapse .
Hi, I'm also facing the same issue. I tried to remove all profiles, re-install and restart PC. My mouse lights turns off every time synapse is opened.. Please help

You use chroma tab or qick lighting change in device settings ? You can try to remove the mouse from device menager unplug reboot pc and plug back to reset windows driver for mouse.

It turns out, the Game Dog third party app I used for my Dota 2 chroma was the problem. Once I disabled it, everything went back to normal. My mouse light is not affected anymore.

Something simmular was MSI app that take control devices in synapse but with addon i hear anything 🙂
This is silly, I got the same issue. Light on mouse go off when synapse is running. Logged out from synapse and everything is back on track

Try to delete all profiles you have on studio and make it again also you can try to delete profiles for mouse settings to make sure it dont change the lightning to quick eddect.
