Ives seen/heard at least 20 people have this problem... After the new update the app isnt letting people sign in. Its stuck on the loading screen... Ive tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling (twice) to using the repair option... Still no use



ITS FRUSTRATING
I had to uninstall it, restart, and then redownload from the Razer website, and then install it, reboot again, and it worked.
I had the same problem when i did my update on the synapse, the installation was frozed. So i restarted the app and it got finished. But after that i couldn't log into synapse, and it worked after i restarted my pc.

Y'all bricked your software.
Add me to the list of people having trouble. My Chroma lighting setups and macros aren't functioning and when I try to launch Synapse 3.0 it opens to a blank screen that won't let me log in.

Near windows clock you have razer central tray icon just click right mouse buton and select exit synapse, you can also close it by task menager.

I just write what exactly @.Surf. do. Try clean reinstall with folders remove most of time when something go wrong help.

Ive tried everything... I unistalled all of my razer softwares and ill download in a month or so

None its just stuck on "logging in"
Let me tell you guys what i usually do when synapse is not working: first i try to relog, then sign out of all razer like cortex, synapse, central if it doesn't work i just close them and reopen them again. If the problem is still there i close it completely within task manager(all synapse and central apps) and start it again. And if it doesn't work either i should restart my pc as a last resort. I didn't get to the point of reinstalling the app.



Notice: i did all of the above and was not working either but the restart saved me

Most of time synapse corrupt files that give you errors 😛 Then nothing else then reinstall dont help.

Nothing saved me...
Go and ask the support and see if they have anything else to help you with.
Same here! Cannot login. Did try with a different account, restarted my system, nope. When i try to login it spits me back out again. Did try to put a fake password and the server responded "Errr error! Wrong Password" .. so it does communicate with the servers... Just not letting me in the app itself.

I did the whole uninstall/reinstall thing with Synapse 3 and, as I predicted, it removed everything related to Synapse 2, even though I have peripherals that still need Synapse 2. Can we please get everything migrated to one version of the software or at least get a production date? I know Synapse 3 was in Beta, but my keyboard is the only thing that uses Synapse 3, my mouse and headset need Synapse 2. I'm debating just reverting everything back to Synapse 2 until Synapse 3 is in production. The same thing happened when I installed Synapse 2, so this is something you should be able to track down and find the root cause of.

I did...useless info was given...basically just do what everyone's doung..reinstall etc. but I replyed and now Im waiting so hopefully something good
There's not much left to do if you tried all of the above, all you can do now is wait for the devs to get the app working again.
