i have tried fresh installing synapse, making sure everything is updated, but it doesn’t show anything in the devices tab. i’ve googled everything i can but it only shows results for the bt version which i don’t have. i can hear perfectly fine with them, but have no way to change the colors.

I have been having the exact same issue and unfortunately i have-not had any luck yet, have you found a solution?
