if i'm not wrong only devices that are made for xbox have support for xbox synapse like wolverine controller and turret keybord. Other devices have driver support so you can use them on xbox but you dont have any config. app to change the settings. Devices that have onboard storage can storage the keymapping etc. But for all devices you dont any way to control lightning.
