Razer Synapse crashes and is very slow

For a long time now (about 3 months) i got a lot of problems with the razer synapse 3 software. First of all it is afully slow! Than it often leaves my systems dark and unlitten an if I try to make new profiles it always freezes and crashes. Does anyone have the same problems or had them solved? Becuase, as we all know, the suport of razer is pretty sh*t.
