Razer Synapse not recognizing my mouse
I downloaded the application on Mac High Sierra and when I open the application it says "Please Connect a Razer Synapse Enabled Device". I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in and It won't recognize it.

This might be a stupid question but just in case. Have you checked if your mouse is a Synapse enabled mouse
Can you write what mouse you try to connect if it's a synapse 3 device you cannot control it.

@iDarkZzy , unfortunately the new Razer Mamba Wireless is not compatible with Synapse for Mac.
@Booqueifous , if you don't see your Razer mouse listed there, it is not currently compatible with Synapse for Mac.
i am on windows not on mac i dont understand why synapse didnt recognize isnt compatible too?

iDarkZzyIf you're on Windows, there shouldn't be an issue at all, and Synapse 3 should definitely see your Mamba Wireless. Would you mind posting a thread in the Razer Support section, if you haven't already? I'd just tag one of the Support folks here, but don't want to completely hijack the OP's thread.

From the pic we can see windows recognize the mouse and install the drivers. So you can try to remove all razer softwere from pc and delete folders that stay after uninstall in appdata and programfiles next go to windows device menager and remove the mouse from your device and unplug it reboot pc. When pc boot download new installer for synapse and install it when it finish pand will be running plug back mouse should install new drivers and synapse see new connected device. Give us know it help you.
You might want to update your drivers for bluetooth as well. Assuming you are using an Intel board, head to Intel website to scan and update all the needed drivers there.
It will scan your system and inform you what updates are available. You then choose what you wish to get updated.
no sense delete all razer content from my pc and i reinstall it again and didnt work. now i cant change my dpi is no sense i paid 150€ from a mouse and didnt work the program fix it pls
I have Razer Tiamat 7.1 V2 and Razer Synapse doesn't recognize them, also at 'Devices and Printers' the headset is the Unspecified section. And at the playback settings they play though 'Speakers: High Definition Audio Device' option and not through '7.1 Surround Audio' option..Sign up
