Razer synapse won't download mac

Whenever i try to fully download razor synapse it just says ' Verifying "Razer Synapse.pkg" ' but the bar doesn't move and it stays like that the whole time. I've tried re downloading it but the same thing keeps on happening. Does anyone have a solution?

    I'm not a mac user so it's hard to recommend you solution but try first change the internet provider like download synapse in friend or family house. It can be a lock port on router.
