I just bought the Razer Viper v3 pro.
I installed Synapse and set up the dongle status indicator to change color depending on the battery level.
However th light is always Yellow, no matter the battery level….
I tried unistalling synaps, the drivers, changing the settings of dynamic lighting in windows 11, but nothing works.
Does a fix exists ?
Is it a hardware or software issue ?
