I just bought the Razer Viper v3 pro. I installed Synapse and set up the dongle status indicator to change color depending on the battery level. However th light is always Yellow, no matter the battery level….I tried unistalling synaps, the drivers, changing the settings of dynamic lighting in windows 11, but nothing works. Does a fix exists ?Is it a hardware or software issue ? Thank you
