Synapse 2/3 No Work on this some time with Basilisk & Orbweaver

I use two products: 1. Razer Orbweaver - S2 2. Razer Basilisk - S3 I installed Synapse 2 and 3 And constantly programs do not want to work, neither mouse nor keypad changes color, does not change profiles. For this to work, I have to uninstall S2 and S3 again, then the hardware works. How this can be repaired is difficult to do in everyday use. Please help how fix that problem , sorry for me english.

    have you contacted razer through synapse? you may have some other software installed taking priority over the razer software
