RAZER fix your login servers please. I can't log in to synapse 2 to manage my macros or profile. Seriously?? This is why everyone is going to Corsair. And yes, I've restarted my pc, tried reinstalling, tried repairing, and obviously I have the right password as I'm on here right now. No, your support cannot help me. Its your login servers related to Synapse 2. Fix your product.

You can try two things. First will be turn off all firefall you have from softwere like antivirus or windows defender to make sure this dont block your connection next thing is log into synapse from difrent place like friend or close family to make sure you dont have any port lock on your side.
