Synapse 3 makes Naga jump when lifting

I lift my mouse a lot when gaming and with Synapse 3, it makes my character look straight down, usually making me look up, then lift my mouse again to reposition, only to have it happen again. I saw this brought up in another thread, but a Razer rep just said the PMed the OP, then locked the thread. Is there a fix you can share with all of us, or is it better to go back to the previous version of synapse until this is fixed?

    P.S. I have tried changing the lift-off range everywhere from 1 to 10 and there is no change.

    Which Naga version? Chroma, Hex V2, Trinity?

    I will also recommend you create new profile profile with factory settings dont change anything clean the sensor on mouse and the Surface.
