I’ve had an ongoing problem with my 6 month old Alienware R16 (RTX4080) desktop from going into sleep mode. I’ve worked with Dell/Alienware support for at least 10 hours trying to figure out what it preventing the R16 from sleep mode (and screen saver isn’t working either). Well, after hours working determining which service is the issue I’ve confirmed that Synapse 3 is ABSOLUTELY the problem. The question then is, “Can this problem be solved?” If yes, how?
