Synapse 3 rebooting keyboard every few seconds

Hi all I got a new Blackwidow Chroma, and i had to install Synapse 3. After i have installed, it worked pretty well, but since i restarted the PC for the first time, i got the following problems When Synapse is loaded, the keyboard keeps restarting with a few seconds interval. The keyboard light turns off for a second and then the keyboard starts with default transition colors. Even the sound of unplugin the keyboard and plugin again. If i "Kill" Synapse program the keyboard goes into default color cycle without the constant restart. So it seems software related. I have tried uninstalling Synapse and reinstalling. But when Synapse is loaded the problem returns. It does not matter what lightning effect i set up in Synapse. Still the same turn-off-light-and-restart-effect constantly happens. I am running latest version of Synapse (3.4.630.62510) and also running an up-to-date Windows 10 Pro I have tried different usb-ports with no change. Sometimes i can open they Synapse without the keyboard rebooting bug, but the colors schema that i make doesn't work anymore, it keeps the default transition colors. I've seem a topic with someone that had the same issue, but in my case, i don't have anything installed on the Connect > Apps. Please someone can help? Thanks. Renan

    Last synapse version was perfect for me but after i updated to synapse version 3.4.630.62510 nothing works. I have simillar problems also startup crash when windows boot. Lights freeze in some games. Keyboard and mouse reboot with default profile. I also reinstalled entire windows and installed synapse 3.4.630.62510 still same problems. I gave them logs and i suggest you to do same maybe they will discover what cause this.

    Hey I am in the same predicament as you right now. New Blackwidow, worked for first day, after computer restart, the keyboard would turn off for a second and the default lighting effect would show up. Literally saw no one post about this up until now. So I hope someone can point out a solution for us!

    Has anyone found a fix yet??

    Can you try to connect keybord to diffrent pc or laptop with synapse installed ? This can help to find the source of issue.

    Same issue here but I've found a fix: Delete the active profile that was causing the issue and create a new one. DO NOT bind two keys with the same macro. Hope this helps

    I have tried this method and still no luck. But it's weird because when I close Synapse completely, the keyboard works perfectly fine. It just stays on the spectrum cycling effect.

    I can't even go into Studio because the keyboard keeps resetting every time I open Synapse.

    This is annoying, my keyboard is rebooting and disconnecting constantly at random. Something happen with the last synapse 3 update

    No matter how many times I uninstall Synapse and delete the folders in my C: drive, the problem still occurs.
