Synapse beta and Nagra pro/and dock not recognized. Legacy keyboard is recognized

Synapse beta and Nagra pro/and dock not recognized. Legacy keyboard is recognized.

While installing Synapse beta (Win 10) installation recognized Nagra Pro, Charging dock, and legacy keyboard. After rebooting as final step to install software only recognizes the keyboard. Help, please.

I gather Razer Support do not even frequent these forums.

 

Typical, Singapore company!!  Just take our money and run!!
