Before the updates about a month+ or so back my headset was fine and THX would turn on and off by the button on the headset. Since contacting support and there’s been about 4+ updates since the button on my headset STILL no longer works and to top it all off I can’t even use this headset with THX on or even control the EQ without setting it as the default device when I have Elgato software controlling everything on my PC so everything has it’s own audio levels like VC, Browsers etc.
