HUNDREDS OF DEVICES SUPPORTED NOW AND MORE ADDED MONTHLY

See a full list of compatible devices.

FASTER SYSTEM PERFORMANCE

Overall processing is 30% faster than Synapse 3. You will be able to get things done quicker with improved speed on some of the most popular tasks like macro creation, settings configuration, and driver installation.

IMPROVED SYSTEM STABILITY

There’s a brand new multi-threaded architecture, enabling processes to function independently. Devices are compartmentalized for increased stability. Now, installation and upgrading of one device doesn’t interrupt other devices that are currently in use.

BRAND NEW MODERNIZED USER INTERFACE

We designed a brand-new interface that sports a modernized IU with simpler navigation, making navigation and customization faster. There are also floating tips, making it easier to quickly configure settings. You will also be able to manage additional settings in one place.

Would love to see support for Blackshark V2 (wired, and it’s USB Sound Card) and the Chroma Addressable RGB Controller.

I’m not seeing the 2024 model of the Blade 14 listed as being supported: is this going to be added soon?

They said: “If it supports Synapse 3, then it will be supported by Synapse Beta”.

Your new Synapse doesn’t detect your own products, studio mode is useless because of it.

When will you guys get it right?

I'm aware, but it's not the same. Razer needs to give us, its customers, official support.

-----------UPDATE, I solve it running this file:
C:\Program Files\Razer\RazerAppEngine\app-4.0.364\RazerAppEngine.exe

For some razon it is not run auto.

I open it, and then I could run synapse without problem, Thanks!!!

Hi guys, I hope you’re well. I installed Synapse and Chroma Beta in windows 11, but when I try to run the program I received this error:
(I tried disconnect all razer devices (mouse, keyboard, wireless headphones, camera), and i saw the same error.)

Somebody had the same issue? if yes, can you solve it?

thank you!

Yeah, I get your frustration. 🫤 While OpenRazer is a good community effort, it’s not quite the same as having official support. Hopefully, Razer steps up and provides proper Linux and macOS support soon!
