When I turn on razer synapse it doesn't let me switch dpi's

Hello, so I started to have this problem where, when if Razer Synapse is turned off I can switch all the original dpi's and all that stuff, but when I turn it on whatever I do it's the same before I turned it on, for example 800 dpi and it's not possible to switch it to any other whatever you do it's the same, I tried Synapse 3 and 2 and it's the same thing. My mouse is a Razer Deathadder Elite.
