Hello, so I started to have this problem where, when if Razer Synapse is turned off I can switch all the original dpi's and all that stuff, but when I turn it on whatever I do it's the same before I turned it on, for example 800 dpi and it's not possible to switch it to any other whatever you do it's the same, I tried Synapse 3 and 2 and it's the same thing. My mouse is a Razer Deathadder Elite.
Few people write about this on forum and the answear is the same for all 😛 Make firmware update of mouse it should fix your issue.

I tried even reinstalled all drivers nothing helped.
Hey, Just wanted to help. Make sure you don't have an onboard profile set that makes sure you cant switch your DPI. Also check macros just to be double safe!:wink_:
