Any idea why? Was charging before, on dock, gets to a %, doesn’t increase.
If I take off dock, it sees it, if I put back on, it sees it, shows it as charging, but % no longer goes up.
I am sick and tired of the TERRIBLE Razer experience.
I recently bought a new microphone and deliberately didn’t get any of the Razer ones, as I know they are soooooo shoddy
+1I’d use it till battery dies, then try to charge it fully. Also what is the exact model of your basilisk? If Basilisk V3 Pro for eg. it have bluetooth mode, so you can connect via BT and check battery level via Windows settings.
It may be some software issue in synapse, that is not displaying % correctly, or problem with the battery.
I just killed synapse again and again until it behaved. i.e. just another day with some of the worst software ever.,
That is why I am sick of it. It keeps on getting into crazy states, always gets updates, never gets stable
Which is why I simply cannot trust Razer ever again with any of their products.
