Ravenuk

Hi all, and Razer

There has been many posts about Synapse 4 keep crashing,

And there has not been any response from Razer at all.

the problem is that i love the Tec that thay produce,

but the Synapse 4 is not getting fixed !!! at all , at the moment.

Can Razer please acknowledge that there is a problem, and what thay are trying to do to sort it out.

The longer that thay dont give any response, it just sends a message, that thay dont seam to care !!.

I dont think that is the case, but please respond Razer,

because the longer  thay leave it, the more damage it is doing for there reputation .

Thanks in advance Razer

Synapse 4 has always been broken. Just downgrade to Synapse 3, turn off updates, import and export manually, and keep being happy.

How do you downgrade to 3 ? It is not available anymore on the razer website, and I don’t know if I can trust third party downloaders.

I rolled back to version 3 and now it doesn't detect the device at all.

How did you roll back to 3 ? I tried to download several third party installers for synapse 3, but they keep installing 4.

Dude, that's impossible. Razer simply disabled driver installation for Synapse 3.
