I'm having an issue with my Razer Basilisk V3 Pro when it's connected through the Razer Mouse Dock Pro.

The DPI cycle button and the scroll mode button (tactile/free-spin) stop working when the mouse is on the Mouse Dock Pro and Razer Synapse 4 is running.

What works:
- Wired mode: both buttons work
- The included 2.4 GHz dongle plugged directly into the PC: everything works perfectly
- Mouse Dock Pro with all Razer apps closed: both buttons work again

What doesn't work:
- Mouse Dock Pro + Synapse 4 running: DPI and scroll mode buttons do nothing

What I've checked:
- In Synapse, both buttons are correctly assigned, so it's not a missing binding
- I unpaired and re-paired the mouse
- The profile is saved in the onboard memory

This looks similar to other reports here, where the mouse works fine in wired mode and with the standard dongle but misbehaves only on the Mouse Dock Pro:

As far as I can tell, this has been acknowledged but I haven't seen a fix. Is there an update planned for the Mouse Dock Pro or Synapse 4 that addresses this? Right now I can't use the dock the way it was meant to be used, which is a big part of why I bought it.

Thanks.
