blackshark v2 thx spatial audio issue after recently synapse 4 update

Hello, i found out that the problem is from THX program it self, and i found out by going to Settings > Sounds > Advanced settings > Audio enhancements. it was on THX, so i set it to off. then even on synapse 4 i still use THX but its doing fine, no problems.

I have been using synapse 3 since the problem started but reinstall windows yesterday because of some problems. I wanted to try synapse 4 to see if the problem continues. At last, everything is working perfectly for me.

nop its not working ,yet its a total mess on my blacksharkv2 +usb sound card  +win 11

some times its a reverse on left and right driver and some times its random on every install.

the fact is even before this THX was a level under DTS or DOlby atmos /

but i found the permanently fix for it…. never ever buy razer products again  , dosent matter if its a laptop.gaming  chair . mouse or headset , they spend more on advertising rather than QC .

Go to “?” option in right side top and factory reset. That fixed it for me

Reverting to synapse 3 & drivers uninstall solved it for me.

I’m keeping synapse 3 but maybe after firmware update the 4 is working ?

Razer serious no take action for this ? i already come trying synapse4 third still problem on this issue ! my blackshark v2 still reversed sound ! they keep advertised upgrade version 4 , but not yet solve this all old problem ! 

Just updated to version 4, it turned out in vain, THX does not work. More precisely, when you go to the tab where you can move circles to check, when you click on the circle there is sound, but as soon as you move it, the sound disappears and the position in space itself does not change by ear ... Reinstalled, erased the drivers, THX is installed in the control panel, but it does not work. I will go back to version 3, with no other program on my PC there was such sex as with this razer

From what I could gather, importing Synapse 3 profiles seems to bug the heck out of the app so I wouldn’t recommend that at all. If you already did it or even if you haven’t, I highly suggest to reset every profile on your device and then customize after. That fixed the directional sounds in my blackshark v2

Has anyone with a BlackShark v2 + usb soundcard got Synapse v4 working with THX yet?

Mine worked with usb soundcard and Synapse v4 with THX, what I did is just “Go to “?” option in right side top and factory reset.”

I had the same problem, haven't noticed the issue until I bought Arma Reforger and got confused with the directional sounds.
I've looked into the System Settings -> Sound -> Razer USB Sound Card -> Surround Sound (maybe called different, my windows is in russian) - it was set on Off, I've changed it to Windows Sonic for Headphones and it fixed the issue.

Hi, i recently bought THX license and got annoyed how much trouble it was giving me, THX doesn’t work if i don’t also have installed Razer surround 7.1, it doesn’t have to be on, just the THX has to be on. Idk why but it needs both apps. When i uninstalled 7.1 surround i’ve began to get those problems, just reinstalled the program and it’s fixed. Again, why do i need that other app for THX to work lmao...
