No keyboard lighting during Windows logon

I don’t know if it’s Synapse 4 bug/feature or my specific problem, but as it happened after I switched to Synapse 4, I’ll post it here:

During Windows logon keyboard lighting is completely turned off. It makes it difficult to enter passkey in the dark. It wasn’t a case with Synapse 3.

Windows 10 / Huntsman TE (connected via USB hub)

    Yep its Synapse 4 thing  ,same with my Ornata 2.. Pretty annoying. Lot of people have this problem around internet..

    For now just went back to Synapse 3.

    why is there no fix??? i read older topics since 7 or 8 months…!? is it so hard to controll this led bug!?
