When I turn on my PC every time and I open razer synapse, the program doesn’t detect my Razer Blackshark V3 unless I unplug and then plug back in the USB dongle. What should I do?

Razer Blackshark V3 not detected by razer synapse
I’m having the same issue. Every time I turn on my PC I can see it is disconnected in my list of devices. If I unplug and the 2.4 hyperspeed dongle and plug it back in, then it is recognized by Razer Synapse. If anyone has a solution to this that would be great.
