razer synapse 4 when i open pc the dont boot automatic need to open it manual all the time to work how can fix this strat up is on on synapse 4 somthing wrong and services is all on

Synapse is the biggest piece of crap in software history. Unfortunately, I bought all my Razer accessories because they seem to be the best in terms of quality, but damn, I've been having constant problems ever since I started using them.
Yesterday I reinstalled my system after installing a new hard drive, and of course, I have the same problem. If I don't tell the app to minimize, it works. And when it does, I have to manually enable Synapse for the RGB to work.
ONE BIG PIECE OF SHIT, and no one has done anything about it for years. Totally embarrassing.
same here today found same problem even clean uninstall and reinstall didn't help.

Yep I think they must’ve done a stealth update that fixed the Synapse 4 not detecting devices.
I had a email from them saying saying they are working on the D-Pad problem but can’t give an estimate of when we should expect a fix, nice that they’ve acknowledged the problem. At least we have a work around that gets the D-Pad working so now it’s just a waiting game for another fix.
