I have had the Razer BlackWidow Elite (keyboard) and Razer Kraken Ultimate (headphones) for a few years now. They are both wired, both worked just fine, I used Synapse 3, and maybe a month or so ago switched to Synapse 4. Everything was working, everything was good, until this morning. I booted the PC and in the app it said I have no devices. When I went to the devices section it said that the devices were “Disconnected” and they were grayed out. I tried everything you would normally try: restarting the PC, the app, reinstalling the app, all that stuff, nothing helped. The devices are working I am typing this on the said keyboard, but the Synapse is not detecting them. Anybody knows what’s going on? Also, I don’t have another device on which I can test whether or not the issue would persist...

I’m experiencing the same issue on my BlackWidow Chroma, both Synapse 4 and Chroma Studio no longer recognize the keyboard that they recognized a week ago.

I’ve got the same issue with my BlackWidow Stealth Edition 2013 keyboard, where Razer Synapse 4 on Win 11 no longer recognises the keyboard.

The Synapse 4 blurb reads “SYNAPSE 4 IS NOW AVAILABLE! Faster System Performance. Improved System Stability. Brand New Modernized User Interface. Backwards compatible with Synapse 3 devices.”

I don’t think it is truly backwards compatible, and I might have to uninstall Synapse 4 and use 3 until Razer fixes the issue.

Hey guys, hope you're doing well,

I am glad to be not the only one to have the problem, I think there's a conflict between Synapse 4 and Chroma now which they are separate.

There's a bug at the bootup/startup between Windows 11 and Razer Synapse 4 because I have the same situation which my Basilisk V3 PRO 35K is not recognizing 1/2 time at the bootup, I have to quit the software afterward launch again to appear my mouse

I already report to them, the problem couple days ago, with 2 Razer agent gave me some instruction via Reddit to solve my case even to test with their test account which my mouse flawless recognizing without the chroma app so

So I had an idea I recorded 2 video sent to them which I am starting my computer/windows and there's 2 behavior which there's a good and bad behavior of the synapse 4 recognizing to let you see guys the situation if you have the same problem to me

On the good behavior you can hear the click and the mouse are white about the RGB and the bad behavior the mouse you can't hear the click which is not recognizing

So at the final I have to revert at the Synapse 3 is the most stable for me

PS :  I guess you have the same problem as this picture down below right ?
