Razer Synapse Installation issue

When I click on the installation package for the Razer Synapse V3 and V4 it tries to run however my command prompt appears for a brief second and then the process terminates. I haven't been able to find a solution for this anywhere. Has anyone experienced this or have a solution?

      Same thing is happening to me but yet with all of Razer software im mainly using synapse cortex and anox but it open’s for at least a single millisecond then closes. can never even get to the login page ive tried reinstalling window’s 3 times clean install fire wall and virus protection turned off allowed all of razer services through fire wall im not sure what to do.

      @lapd4nce I have also reinstalled windows. Still haven't found a solution.
