Razer Synapse not switching profiles for some (major) apps

I just have that feeling that they are never going to fix this, perhaps because they don’t see it as something that needs fixing.

It was intentional, so there is no real notion of “fixing”. They purposefully blacklisted some apps to not work with synapse. For no apparent reason. And while explaining it’s difficult to revert, and declaring that they understand the customer’s need, and promising they’ll do everything they can to enable those apps. Even though all they need to do is delete the blacklist. It can be “fixed” in literally 5 minutes, but it will never be done, as it was intentional.

But why?!? What harm could it possibly do to switch a profile for “blacklisted” apps? Windows Explorer is blacklisted? WHY?!? It’s a core component to windows. Make it make sense.

My guess is that they eventually want to make us pay for a synapse premium subscription to enable the blacklisted apps. But since it has been going on for a while, I imagine they are too incompetent to get the payments to work.

All this aside. While playing a game if I alt tab to do anything the keys change and don't always return when I put the game back in focus.
