Why Barracuda Pro still cannot adjust ANC level in Synapse 4?

Now can switch ANC on/off or ambient, but cannot adjust ANC level in Synapse 4 version 4.0.86.2601160905 and beta version 4.0.86.2511170410.

Synapse 3 and Audio app are correctly. 

Since 02-Nov-2024, I reported this issue to Razer Support staff.

By the way, last month (10-Dec-2025) Razer Support staff replied me that they tried to fixed.

What are Razer doing?

Razer support staff required me to upload same things (logs etc.) again and again and again. ☹️What can I say?

It is necessary to upload twice more? When I first reported this bug at Nov-2024, I uploaded logs by stuff requirement at same time.

Yes, probably Synapse version may changed so they require new logs.

oof… so yeah - just upload a new logs from this version and let them know it’s still not working.
