I just bought the Razer Blackshark V3 Pro and wanted update the firmware. When I connect my headset to the Mac it doesn’t even recognize the headset in the Synapse software. What is the work around?

Also don’t think that they’ll have firmware updater compatible with macOS (at least for now).
Synapse 4 for macos is out for couple of months now. There is no sign of providing support for any headset, so there is no point of buying razer headsets for macos. I’m going to return my set because of that.
+1Basically headset is working as a generic headset … via USB or via BT.
