Im having the same problem as most people, not really a problem but please add more devices i really recently got the razer blackwidow v3 and i can’t access any of the cool features that you can change.

I’ve tested all 5 devices that I own; a Kiyo Pro camera, Seiren V2 Pro microphone, Barracuda X headset, Huntsman keyboard, and an old generation Orbweaver.

None of these devices are recognized by Synapse except the Orbweaver, and it continues to say “no devices found”.  While the Orbweaver is recognized, it also says that an older version of Synapse is required to use it, which I’m pretty sure isn’t available on Mac.

I’ve enabled all permissions for Synapse, force quit and restarted the application, still nothing. My Mac itself recognizes the devices and can use them, but I just can’t use Synapse to alter the settings.

Normally that would just be a minor annoyance, especially since I hate all the aggressive permissions Synapse requires anyway, but my Kiyo Pro isn’t even usable without Synapse because the exposure is all messed up and giving an ultra dark image.

These devices all use a USB-A connection, which a Mac notably doesn’t have, so I’m using a simple USB-A to USB-C adapter.

Regarding next release I'm hearing whispers around late June. Additionally, I can't confirm that I saw Razer Viper Ultimate, but I'll be sure to make a note!

Please support Deathadder Elite or Naga Trinity mice.

Will you add support to the Razer DeathAdder V3 (RZ01-04640100-R3U1)? I'm very exciting to test this in my m4 mac.

Is there a plan in place for when the Tartarus V2 keyboard will be supported? It’s quite disappointing to see that it doesn’t appear in the list of supported devices. I was already quite pleased, considering there’s currently no comparable keyboard in the market.

It’s not here that I’m aware of, and I had a hard time finding it, but there’s a list of devices compatible with the Mac preview and it’s VERY short. Basically just a handful of the newest keyboards and mice. Hopefully they’re working to expand it.

You right about the list, I doubled checked and is not there. But its a shame for a company big as Razer in a competitive market, taking so long to offer support for Mac

my synapse not find my razer Razer Pro Click V2 | RZ01-0390 but it’s can find and control Razer Pro Click V2 Vertical Edition | RZ01-0525, how to fix that??

Great to see Synapse on Mac, any idea on a time frame for support for more devices? Just picked up a Huntsman V3 Pro and would love to see it compatible with my MacBook.

First off, I want to extend my congratulations to the Razer team for launching the Synapse 4 for Mac 😃.

This is a significant and long-awaited development for the Mac community and I truly appreciate your efforts in expanding product compatibility.

As a Mac user running macOS, I would like to suggest adding compatibility for 2 essential devices (for me ^^):

- Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (RZ06-0520)

- Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox (RZ04-0347)

Regarding the system permissions needed: Full Disk Access

By default, the program does not appear in the list.

I found the program here: /Library/Application Support/Razer/Razer Elevation Service.app, but it seems like it’s not validated by Razer Synapse.

Do you also have this issue?

I’m using a MacBook M1 Pro (Sequoia 15.5).
 

On the latest Mac OS, some of the permissions cannot be granted unless you reboot.
The hints in the app say to allow the “Razer” app access to certain things (I think Full Screen recording was one of them, but they were maybe 3 total), but the app was not in the list. You would have to know where to look for it.
After a reboot, the app appeared where it’s supposed to and it went ok.
Tested with a Basilisk V3 Pro. The Nomo V2 X is not supported yet ;)

Also, yeah, make it so that the app appears only in the task bar, not in the bottom dock.

Related to the device integration, I have noticed that probably Razer takes over the cursor acceleration and buttons sensitivity?
I had to bump the sensitivity from 2400 to 4200 for the mouse to behave like it used to.
Also the horizontal scrolling was really slow. I had to use Turbo / 15 reps to make it scroll properly, horizontally.
That Turbo setting is restricted to Synapse, so I don’t know how it behaves if the app stops.

Other than that, thank you! I was waiting for ages for this.
Next things: 2 more buttons on the Basilisk or Smart Reel on ore mice :P I can’t use any other mouse for work  because of that scroll wheel… See what I did there? Work? Pro click V2/Vertical which have a substantially worse scrollwheel than the Basilisk? :P

It would be good to see a version change log and also support for the cooling pad - at the moment its so loud when on with a Mac (yes I have clicked the side button to slow/speed it up)!

Kudos on coming to MacOS, a lot of users want to use Razer mice for gaming & productivity.!
