I just want to say a big thank you to Razer customer support for being awesome. They messaged me on Reddit about my brand-new Razer Wolverine V2 Chroma acting up, and they were super quick, nice and helpful. They did everything they could to have it replaced, and when they couldn't, they created a ticket to hook me up with a new one. I was blown away by their generosity and professionalism. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond to make them happy. Thank you so much, Razer! You have earned my forever loyalty and respect, and I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs help with their Razer stuff. Fresh_Beast, LúnaCancrí and D.Va, you guys rock! I dare say you're the best customer support experience I’ve ever had in my 20 years of customer experience.
