Still a beast. Still the best. The all-new Razer Blade 15 now sports the latest Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 Series graphics to take on the most demanding games. Our flagship gaming laptop boasts a buttery-smooth 360Hz FHD display (with 240Hz QHD G-SYNC option available) in the smallest 15" RTX gaming laptop body out there. Available for pre-order at Razer.com and RazerStores near you: https://www.razer.com/gaming-laptops/razer-blade

It seems awesome but no razer store near me

Hello friends,

I really like Razer Blade 15 laptops, an excellent compromise between screen size, price, size and lightness.
With the new Nvidia Geforce RTX serie 30 Mobile GPUs.
We have doubled ray tracing performance with DLSS and low power consumption compared to 20 series.

I throw Pink Magic Dust to create a Quartz version. ^ _ ^

Placed my order for the 15" QHD RTX 3080 build. I expect this to be the best Blade yet at hitting the sweet spot on gaming and productivity (in my case, software development). Really looking forward to the high refresh, high resolution, improved battery life, great GPU.

:smile_::smile_::smile_:

I think this will be something like my 7th Blade :smile_:
Only Razer could make a laptop stronger than last year's best desktops! 😆

I wish there was a program where is could upgrade your blade by trading in for a discounted price based on what you had but doubt that would ever happen. Also, it still doesn't have the mini display port! big sad
That sucks...
Still stuck with only black models. The mercury white one we had for one model was so much better looking.
And no one needs 300 Hz... 144 Hz Model with 150 bucks saved would be much better...

And why stuck with Intel? They suck and just produce way to much heat which would be better spend with the GPU.

Anyway, how much TDP do you allow the GPU's to take? With this generation eversthing is down to TDP.

Does the Razer Blade 15 Advanced have the optical switch keyboard?
Are any mercury models being made? I was at least hoping they'd remove the green logo like on the stealth

Spoke with a very helpful person on customer support and the answer is yes, the advanced has the optical switch keyboard. Good news 😉
perfect accuraty game pc wow:eek_:
Based on what I'm seeing for benchmarks on another thin gaming laptop with the 3080 (Gigabyte Aero https://www.notebookcheck.net/Gigabyte-Aero-17-HDR-YC-Laptop-in-review-Debut-for-Nvidia-Ampere.517066.0.html) , it seems to me when even compared to the Razer 17 Pro 2070 Super Maxq, it's not a leap above in performance. The mobile 3080 is heavily modded from the desktop version and when running at the lower power needed for a laptop, it just doesn't seem that great. I'll be interested to see when they test the Razer 3080, but I'm tempering my expectations.

It’s actually not quite thin, 17 inch is blade pro class. However it depends also thermal solution and OEM setting gpu power target that might make it looks not great compared to last gen mobile GPUs. Keep in mind that 17 blade pro has bigger cooling room and higher gpu tgp compared to other maxq laptops that put 2070maxq equals to some 2080maxq (this had tech reviewer, Jarrod tech also mentioned in one his blade pro review) with lower tgp and maybe worse cooling solution, that’s how mobile gpu performs.

Like I said, I'll wait to see when they get their hands on one. Since there will be no max q or other designation anymore with the 3x series, you are at the mercy of the reviewers to let you know the tgp. So we're going to see benchmarks all over the place, even more than the 2x series
Interesting article on the complexities of inferring 30xx base laptop performance from the name (3080, 3070, 3060). I'm sure Razer will do well, but it's a wait and see what design decisions on tgp they made

There’s review from 15 base here. So you can compare how powerful is 3070 probably 80/90 watt (old naming code maxq). But keep in mind the future driver update like from nvidia or bios update from oem might also make the result different, I think it’ll be better considering from past new mobile GPUs launch.

Yeah Media likes to make loud news, that’s how they get the money. If looking from turing there was also dozens different tgp configuration, for example only on 2060 that has no maxq design it’s three different configuration, 65 watt, 80 watt and 90 watt, with later come refresh that bump 15 watt tdp. Not mentioned 2070/80 maxq/maxP that has different tgp configuration base on cooling room on the laptop plus unique tgp like on blade pro 17 (maxq but can spike to 140 watt), and OEM bios tweak like on some Clevo and Eluktronics with their eluktroboost that fools power target resulting higher tgp (Kind bios tweak).
Looks great! What type of cooling performance will you get?

Nice work man I'm just trying to get.
Who gives me one bike I will give him 63 uc I promise.
Tomorrow I will be getting my new Blade 15 the RTX 3070, with 144Hz QHD display. I am at the point where time feels like it’s slowing down as It gets closer.
I thought a lot about waiting to get one of the Advanced Blades but I have already got a full size Chroma Keyboard, Naga Trinity Mouse, & Tartarus Pro from Razer so it wasn’t as big of a loss. I also decided to price out maxing the RAM to 64GB & getting two 1TB SSD, which I had the expectation of being a lot more expensive than it turned out.

All in All, the only thing I was considering as a possible missed element was the Intel Gen 11 CPU’s that where recently announced. I want to see one in action more than had to have it now though. Now I just want to get the concept super chair with roll out display! 1st time I saw it, a lifetime of dreaming as a gamer became a reality, along with the reality I wouldn’t ever be able to afford it!
this is sick!
